Clinicians graduate with world-class clinical training but little preparation for leading teams, running practices, and making sound business decisions. OHii exists to close that gap.
What We Do
An independent, nonprofit education institute serving the dental profession
The Oral Health Innovation Institute (OHii) develops the business leadership and practice management skills that dental education leaves out. We work through two program arms:
Practice Leadership Foundation
PLF
Develops clinician leaders through executive education programs delivered with leading academic partners, along with coaching and cohort-based leadership development.
Digital Oral Health Initiative
DOHI
Advances evidence and infrastructure for modern digital dentistry, connecting expert clinicians, researchers, and educators to publish practical, independent guidance.
Programs
Executive education, built with leading business schools
OHii's current executive education offerings are delivered in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Programs combine executive-level business education with dental-specific application, taught by university faculty and experienced clinician leaders.
