Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because OHii commits program fees to its academic partners well in advance of each program, cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the number of days between the cancellation date and the program start date.

Cancellation received	Refund
More than 179 days before the program start	Full refund
179 to 150 days before the program start	75% refund
149 to 120 days before the program start	50% refund
119 to 90 days before the program start	25% refund
89 days or fewer before the program start	No refund

Substitutions

Substitution of one registered attendee for another may be requested at any time and is subject to program eligibility requirements and approval.

How to cancel or request a substitution

Send your request to info@ohiinst.org with the registrant's name and program. Cancellations are effective on the date the request is received. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Program changes by OHii

If OHii or its academic partner cancels or materially reschedules a program, registrants will be offered a transfer to a future session or a full refund of program fees paid to OHii.
